The winner for last week’s SouthCoast Girls Athlete of the Week poll was Old Colony’s Ronni Putignano. Putignano received more than 6,000 votes (70%) to earn the honor.

Putignano had a pair of goals in Old Colony’s win over Wareham.

Previous winners were Dartmouth’s Paige Martins and Chloe McKinnon, GNB Voc-Tech’s Abby Medeiros, Fairhaven’s Brenna Dugan and Elodie Cook, Old Colony’s Marissa Dean and Old Rochester’s Mia Balestracci and Maya Morrison.
