HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Winter Weather Advisories and Winter Storm Warnings remain in place over the region this overnight for a band of snow that continues to work through the region.
This band of snow has brought heavy snow activity (3+ inches) to much of southern Ohio and north central West Virginia. As this band works its way south through the overnight, much of the region will start to see clearing.
However, areas south of I-64 will begin to see the development of some of this snow into the overnight. If you haven’t seen a lot of snow today, you likely won’t tonight. However, areas within the higher elevations could pick up a couple more inches or so. Meanwhile, the mountains will continue to see that snow pile up. 3-6+ of snow is expected for places like Summersville and Richwoo
