MADISON (WKOW) – A significant legislative decision is underway as a bill that could reopen the federal government awaits a final vote in the Senate. If approved in the Senate, it will return to the House of Representatives.
27 News spoke with two members of Wisconsin's Congressional delegation about their positions on the deal and their voting plans.
Democratic U.S. Rep. Mark Pocan expressed his disapproval of the agreement.
"I think they made a huge mistake by assuming that a handshake deal could actually mean something," said Pocan.
