The Supreme Court will hear petitions challenging the Election Commission's decision to conduct a Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists in the country on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the second phase of voting for the Bihar Assembly elections is also scheduled. Bihar is the first state where SIR is implemented.
