HEYWORTH, Ill. (WCIA) - Cissna Park volleyball knows a thing or two about playing in the state tournament.

The Timerwolves will return to Normal, Ill. for the third year in a row after winning their 1A Super-Sectional match on Monday. They beat Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg in straight-sets (25-22, 25-11) to advance to the state semifinals.
"It's just hard work and determination," Cissna Park head coach Josh Landon said. "We're a very fundamentally sound team, and then once we get those fundamentals we try to take things to another level. The kids buy in, the parents have bought in.
