Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra passed away at the age of 89 on Tuesday, November 11. The legendary actor had reportedly been unwell for the past few days and was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. Dharmendra’s demise marks the end of an era in Indian cinema, where he was celebrated for his iconic roles and charismatic screen presence.

On Monday night, several celebrities including Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Ameesha Patel and many others visited the hospital to show their support towards the family.

Dharmendra, lovingly called He-Man of Bollywood, was one of the most successful actors in Indian film industry. In a career spanning over six decades, he gave several blockbuster movies. He is survived by his two wives, Prakash Kaur and Hema Malini and his six children.
