Police have been searching for a driver of a blue Toyota Camry after the vehicle was involved in a wild hit-and-run on a major Queensland highway.
Dashcam footage showed the vehicle striking the door and driver of a Suzuki Vitara before speeding off at Dakabin in Moreton Bay last Thursday.
Initial police investigations indicate about 4.28pm, a Camry with false registration plates struck the Suzuki from behind while travelling southbound on the Bruce Highway.
The victim attempted to exchange details after assessing his car, however he was struck during the incident.
Further footage, shared on Dash Cam Owners Australia, showed the Toyota zooming down the side of the highway, striking the driver and speeding off.
