Please remember that Tuesday is Veterans Day, a time to honor those who have served our country and those who sacrificed their lives. And let’s not forget those who lost arms and legs and those who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder.
Americans should take pause to honor our brave men and women. For 250 years, many have fought for freedoms we hold most dear. I proudly served in the Navy during the Vietnam era.
We should salute our military who currently are serving this nation, especially those deployed to the most dangerous parts of the world.
Many of those who have served have done so at a great personal sacrifice, having to leave family, friends, and jobs for the greater good.
Those who can fly the American flag in their honor should consider doing so Tuesday. And if you can,
