Suspicious person: Worton Boulevard

A woman reported at 6:15 p.m. Oct. 31 that a group of adults and children were walking toward Ridgebury Boulevard.

She said one woman was wearing a purple dress and carrying a knife.

Despite it being during trick-or-treat hours on Halloween, the woman still suggested that it was suspicious and not normal.

Responding officers found a lot of trick-or-treaters in the area but did not locate anybody matching the description.

Disturbance: SOM Center Road

Wendy’s management reported Oct. 31 that a customer did not want to pay the price she was given and would not leave the drive-thru.

Officers spoke to the woman and told her that the business could not sell the food to her at the price she wanted to pay.
