As the Flagstaff Family Food Center looks to build up its inventory for the upcoming holiday season amidst the uncertainty of the federal government shutdown, the annual Stuff the Bus event took on a heightened importance.
Many of Saturday’s donations will be dedicated toward the food center’s Holiday Helpings, set to be hosted at Northern Arizona University (NAU) on Wednesday, Nov. 25, where 800 to 1,000 households in northern Arizona are expected to receive Thanksgiving distributions.
