PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Red Flag Warning for Pasco County, signaling critical fire weather conditions that could lead to the rapid ignition and spread of wildfires. The warning is in effect until 6 P.M. today, November 11th.
The NWS alert says that a dangerous combination of low relative humidity and gusty winds is creating an extremely favorable environment for brush and wildland fires. Residents are urged to take immediate precautions and exercise extreme caution to prevent accidental fires.
