GREEN BAY — If there was one play that summed up the Green Bay Packers offense’s inability to come through when it needed to on Monday night, this was the one:

Their fourth-down failure late in the fourth quarter with a chance to take the lead or tie the game. That, more than anything, encapsulated all of the unit’s issues in one abject failure of a play.

And that, more so than all of the other contributing factors (of which there were many), explained why the Packers lost, 10-7, to the defending Super Bowl-champion Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night at Lambeau Field.
