Ironwood Pharmaceuticals Inc. is looking to settle a new lawsuit filed against a biotech it previously had acquired for $1 billion .

Ferring International Center SA has filed a complaint against VectivBio AG — which Boston-based Ironwood bought VectivBio in 2023 in a roughly $1 billion deal — for misappropriating its trade secrets.
