SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - A suspect is in custody after a manhunt prompted three Tri-State schools and the schools’ district office to go into lockdown on Tuesday morning.

Maple Dale Elementary, E.H. Greene Intermediate School, Sycamore Junior High and the Sycamore District Office were all placed on lockdown at 9:30 a.m. due to an ongoing law enforcement operation, according to the district.

The lockdown was lifted around 11:30 a.m.

All students and staff are safe.

A Hamilton County County dispatcher tells FOX19 NOW that officers were looking for a suspect wanted on a warrant in Blue Ash.

The suspect allegedly jumped out of a window in the area of Malsbary Road and Kenwood Road, prompting the lockdowns.
