LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – In 1964, the world was introduced to a lovable animated reindeer named Rudolph. As the Christmas season approaches and these classic films are brought back to life, one quote stands out during this season of giving: “A toy is never truly happy until it is loved by a child.”
The West Virginia State Police are once again making Christmas possible for children in Greenbrier County through their annual toy drive. Donations of new, unopened and unwrapped toys are now being accepted through December 12 at either the Lewisburg or Rainelle Detachment.
