Two Coronation Street legends have reunited away from the cobbles in a role world's away from the drama of Weatherfield.

Fans of the ITV soap will best know Jennie McAlpine for playing Fiz Dobbs, having made her debut in the role back in 2001.

But Corrie wasn't her first soap, as Jennie actually appeared in Emmerdale from 1999 to 2000, playing the role of Michelle Morley, a school friend of Ollie Reynolds.

She then left for Weatherfield at the age of 17 and hasn't left - except when Jennie headed on maternity leave to welcome her three children - in 24 years.

Following her most recent break, back in 2023 through to 2024, Corrie fans saw that Fiz was reunited with her husband Tyrone Dobbs and their children- Ruby and Hope - as well as her extended family.
