A teenage boy has been stabbed in an alleyway near a tram stop this evening. Paramedics were called to the scene in Cheetham Hill, Manchester to reports of the assault earlier this afternoon.
Woodlands Road, near the Abraham Moss tram stop, has been cordoned off, with several ambulances and police vehicles present at the scene.
An alleyway next to the Abraham Moss Metrolink stop is also under cordon. A significant police presence can be seen outside the nearby leisure centre as well reports the Manchester Evening News .
