The Girlfriend starring National Crush Rashmika Mandanna in the lead role has hit the big screens last week. Deekshith Shetty played the male lead. Directed by Rahul Ravindran, this intense romantic drama is putting up a good show in international markets.

Especially in North America, the movie is performing pretty well. So far the film has collected $475K in this territory and will soon enter the half-million dollar club. Achieving such a milestone within a week of release marks yet another milestone in Rashmika’s career.

Anu Emmanuel, Rao Ramesh and Rohini played key roles in this film, which was produced by Dheeraj Mogilineni and Vidya Koppineedi under the Geetha Arts banner. Allu Aravind is the presenter, and Hesham Abdul Wahab is the music composer.
