Emergency services in East Lothian were called to the scene of an incident on Tuesday evening.

Police and paramedics were on Musselburgh's High Street on November 11. Unconfirmed local reports suggest an individual was 'knocked down' at around 6.08pm.

One resident said paramedics were 'doing CPR' on someone. Local witness Connor Leadbetter told us: "Someone's been knocked down on Musselburgh High Street.

"Police are round a car questioning. They are doing CPR on the guy. It looks like he was knocked down."

Lothian Buses posted on their site: "Due to a road closure buses are unable to serve High Street and Linkfield Road and are instead diverted via Dalrymple Loan, Inveresk Road, Pinkie Road and Ashgrove east
