Residents of New England may have felt some shaking Tuesday morning thanks to a 1.9-magnitude earthquake.

The quake struck 2 kilometers north of Webster, New Hampshire, at about 6.5 kilometers deep, around 8:55 a.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey .

It appears to have been felt in both Massachusetts and Maine as well, according to data submitted to the USGS.

The three people who reported feeling the shaking described it as weak, according to the USGS.

An earthquake of the same magnitude struck New Hampshire on Friday. The quake struck 5 kilometers east-southeast of Northfield, New Hampshire, at a depth of 16.2 kilometers.
