VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The City of Virginia Beach has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a new buyer to purchase the approximately 350 acres of land that the Virginia Beach National Golf Club sits on. Club leadership confirmed this to 13News Now on Tuesday, and they are sharing concerns of future development.

Virginia Beach City Council approved a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the sale of Virginia Beach National (VB National) and First Tee golf courses.
