Pierre Poilievre’s appearance on the Northern Perspectives podcast last month, in which he called the RCMP leadership “despicable” for allegedly covering up Liberal misadventures, continues to haunt him.

Separate from those comments, the federal Conservative leader lauded his party for behaving like a government-in-waiting.
