Incoming Hearts signing Islam Chesnokov has promised all will become clear soon over his move to the capital.
The Kazakh wide man has penned a pre-contract to join the Premiership table toppers.
The 25-year-old's deal at previous club FC Tobol is now up and the expectation is that he will jet into Edinburgh next month to sign a deal with the Jambos and train with his new teammates ahead of being registered to play in January.
Reports emerged from Kazakhstan last week claiming that the wide man was set to try and go back on his agreement in favour of more lucrative offers from Russia .
However, Hearts sources told Record Sport that as far as the Gorgie club are concerned, nothing has changed and the player will be arriving to join up with Derek McInnes
