A bright orange blimp glided over Maricopa skies this afternoon, catching the attention of residents across Glennwilde, Rancho El Dorado and the Main Strip.

According to FAA flight data, the airship took off from Tucson’s Avra Valley Airport about 2:30 p.m. and traveled north directly over Maricopa before continuing toward the Phoenix area.

The blimp, emblazoned with the words “Marty Supreme,” is part of a national promotional tour for an upcoming sports-comedy film starring Timothée Chalamet and Gwyneth Paltrow. The movie, reportedly inspired by the life of table tennis champion and showman Marty Reisma, is scheduled to open in theaters Dec. 25.
