MAXWELTON W.Va. (WVDN) – According to a criminal complaint, on November 2, around 5:35 p.m., an officer was dispatched by Greenbrier County 911 to a call in the vicinity of the Maxwelton marathon gas station. The call came in for a domestic-type situation. The officer was reportedly told that the sister of the victim had called and said her sister was being hurt by her husband at the Maxwelton Marathon gas station.

A s the officer was traveling to the gas station, he was told the couple was in a white SUV and they had left the store. The officer was also informed that the female was homeless and living out of her car and would often park around the storage units located behind the bowling alley in Lewisburg.
