José Andrés Group has announced it is entering the Nashville market with multiple restaurant and bar concepts opening at W Nashville in early 2026.

The three concepts set to operate within the high-rise Gulch hotel are Zaytinya, Bar Mar and Butterfly, according to a release.

Zaytinya is a Mediterranean restaurant highlighting the cuisine of Turkey, Greece and Lebanon. The concept originally launched in Washington, D.C., more than 20 years ago and now has locations in New York City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and South Beach, Miami.

Bar Mar will focus on seafood standards and JAG’s "globally inspired meat selections," according to a release. The Nashville location will be the second Bar Mar, with the original location in Chicago.
