The state Department of Revenue Administration notified Nashua city officials this week that taxpayers will see a modest hike in their property taxes when their bills arrive in the mail over the next few days.
The DRA set the rate for 2025 at $16.83 per $1,000 of valuation, which represents an increase of 5.83 percent, or 93 cents, over the 2024 rate of $15.90 per $1,000 of valuation.
The new tax bills will be mailed to residents on Friday, with a Dec. 15 due date, according to city Chief Financial Officer Dawn Enwright.
