A Berlin man was sentenced to the New Hampshire State Prison for multiple drug offenses in two counties, the state Attorney General's Office announced Wednesday.

The case against Eric S. Hogan, 29, included evidence that he was found in possession of 247 grams of fentanyl with intent to sell in Conway on April 16, 2024.

According to the Attorney General's Office, Hogan also sold fentanyl and cocaine to a confidential police informant in Berlin on two occasions in March and April 2024.

Hogan pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell and one count of dispensing a controlled drug in Carroll County Superior Court.
