Now, after years of complaints, investigations, and two cease-and-desist orders , the fight is returning to court. On Monday, Nov. 17, a Duval County Circuit Court judge will decide whether to grant class action status to a lawsuit filed by residents against IFF.

If approved, the ruling would allow attorneys to move forward on behalf of more than 6,000 households that claim they’ve been affected by noxious odors linked to the company’s operations.
