SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Autopsy reports revealed causes of death for four family members who died on October 8 inside their home in an upscale San Francisco neighborhood.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner reports, obtained by KRON4 Wednesday, confirmed that one of the family members died by suicide and three family members were homicide victims.

Thomas Russell Ocheltree's brother found the four bodies inside 930 Monterey Boulevard on October 8, the reports state. The brother was "performing a well-being check" on the family because he was unable to reach Ocheltree over the phone, according to the reports.
