GREENUP COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) - Greenup County Schools will be without a superintendent, along with the majority of their school board.

During a special session at Wednesday night’s Board of Education meeting, the board voted to demote Superintendent Traysea Moresea to an undetermined position in the district.

Three board members also announced their intention to resign: Chair Mary K. McGinnis-Ruark, Co-Chair Lance Warnock and Board Member Sandy Mosser.

That will leave the board with just two members remaining.
