TAMPA, Fla. ( WWSB ) - The suspect in the Ybor City crash, 22-year-old Silas Sampson is now facing 14 charges, an increase from his previous eight charges.

Sampson’s charges now include — three counts of fleeing to elude, causing serious bodily injury and three counts of reckless driving causing serious bodily injury, along with his previous charges.

Four dead, eleven hurt after driver crashes into crowd

Sampson is scheduled to appear in court for a pretrial detention hearing at 9:30 a.m., Nov. 13.
