BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) - The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is cracking down on illegal gambling after undercover detectives confirmed that the business was operating electronic slot and gaming machines in violation of state law.

On Monday, the Tactical Unit Detectives office seized 83 slot machines worth around $300,000 from the New Winners Circle Arcade, located at 4307 26th Street West in Bradenton. 51 computer towers worth approximately $15,300, 1 DVR, and $19,055 in cash were also seized.

“We get a tip that there is this type of gambling going on, and we send detectives in there, and they go in undercover, and they play the machines, and they’re able to establish the probable cause, and that’s how we build our investigation,” said Manatee County Sheriff’s Office Public Information
