ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A bond hearing was canceled Wednesday afternoon for a Cobb County man accused of killing his girlfriend.
The defendant, Cecil McCrary, does not have an attorney representing him yet, so a Cobb magistrate judge said they couldn’t continue with the proceedings.
McCrary is accused of strangling Tange Davis, 45, in October in Cobb County and burying her body in Atlanta.
“She was just a great loving woman. Selfless. The best mom that anyone could ask for,” Davis’ son, Raymond Sims, said.
