ITANAGAR, Nov 12: A Special District Level Bankers’ Committee (DLBC) and District Consultative Committee (DCC) meeting was convened at the DC’s conference hall, District Civil Secretariat, Changlang today.

Chaired by Commissioner Finance (GoAP) Y W Ringu, the meeting was attended by Marpe Riba (ADC Changlang HQs); Kamal Roy (AGM NABARD); administrative officers; Lead District Manager (SBI); Branch Managers of various banks; HoDs from line departments; Block Mission Managers of ArSRLM; and officials from CCRMS.
