( NewsNation ) — Newsweek senior editor-at-large Josh Hammer criticized President Trump’s recent comments on the economy.

During an interview this week with Fox News, the president said, “We have the greatest economy we’ve ever had,” and dismissed the idea that Americans may be “anxious” about the economy.

Speaking to “ Elizabeth Vargas Reports ,” Hammer compared Trump’s denial of economic concerns to comments made by former President Joe Biden.
