St. Bonaventure wore down Siena in the final 7:38 to pull away for 75-66 victory at the Reilly Center in Olean on Wednesday night to keep the Franciscan Cup.
The Saints (2-1), who were led by sophomore guard Gavin Doty with a career-high 25 points on 8-for-17 from the field and 8-for-10 from the free throw line, trailed by just 58-55 with 7:38.
