The Dallas Mavericks head coach, Jason Kidd, is speaking for the first time Wednesday night since Nico Harrison was fired as the team's General Manager on Tuesday .
Kidd said Wednesday was a tough day for the organization.
"A business decision was made and we gotta push forward," said Kidd. "My focus is the team and making sure we're prepared for the Suns tonight and any other game that we go forward with. My voice is about he players and figuring out how to get a 'W.'"
