Unnamed Phoenix officer charged in crash, driving 50 mph over posted limit

A Phoenix officer who as traveling more than 50 mph over the posted limit near I-17 and Buckeye Road was charged with aggravated assault and endangerment following an on-duty traffic collision, police said.
