ATLANTA — Atlanta Police are looking into the circumstances surrounding a deadly shooting on Wednesday evening.

APD said it responded to the 3000 block of Middleton Road NW shortly after 6:15 p.m. When they arrived, police found a 35-year-old man hurt from gunshot wounds.

He was taken to the hospital but died from his injuries, APD. Homicide investigators are looking into what led up to the shooting.
