CANONSBURG, Pa. —

A man in North Strabane Township was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly performing a sexual act on himself as a school bus drove by.

An affidavit states two women claimed they saw Haffner masturbating in front of his back sliding glass door as a school bus went by his Hickory Circle home.

According to North Strabane Township Police, the women were taking their 2-year-old children to see the bus dropping off elementary school students.

The back of Haffner’s home looks out to the bus stop at Hickory Circle and Hunting Creek Road.

"I'd say within the last year we've had a lot of reports on him,” said Lt. Michael Miller with the North Strabane Township Police Department.
