BELTON, Texas — It was a proud day at Lake Belton High School as four Broncos made their college commitments official Wednesday afternoon.
Volleyball standout Kaitlyn Hutchins signed with the University of Northern Colorado. The team captain set six of 15 school records, including most kills in a single season, and totaled more than 1,300 career kills.
“Yeah, it feels so surreal,” Hutchins said. “I worked so hard for this moment and my entire life I've always wanted to play college volleyball and it's just so exciting to see it come true. And all the hard work has paid off.”
