Stewart’s Shops showed continued interested in the Emmons farmhouse property at the Wednesday, Nov. 11 meeting of the Oneonta Town Board.

At its Oct. 8 meeting, the Oneonta Town Board declined to approve a zoning amendment for the Emmons Farms Farmhouse parcel after a public hearing. The initial proposal was to convert the parcel to a B-2 zone, allowing for inside and outside sales, permitting a new business like a gas station to move in.
