A four-year-old boy with autism is recovering after nearly drowning in his family's pool last month.

A Good Samaritan and first responders acted quickly the day little Noah nearly drowned, saving his life.
On Wednesday, they were honored and reunited with the family, who says it is a miracle their boy is alive.
Noah's mom, Katelynn Craft, says timing was everything.
No one knows that better than Jaraka Hazelbaker.
"God put me in the right place at the right time," said Hazelbaker.
On Oct. 23, Daniel Craft found his son unresponsive in the pool.
He couldn't find his phone, but thankfully, he found Hazelbaker.
