There’s a new current drifting along the Cottesloe coastline, and it’s got a ferocious pulse.

Tigerfish is the latest concept from the Prendiville Group inside the beloved Cottesloe Beach Hotel, a venue already steeped in salt, sunshine and West Australian vibes.

But this time, the familiar gets a twist: the clink of ice meets the crackle of the robata grill, and a dash of Southeast Asian fire finds its place fronting the Indian Ocean.

Venue manager Mark Rutter puts it best: “We want people to feel immediately at ease, like they’ve found somewhere that fits perfectly into their lifestyle but still surprises them.”

And surprise it does.
