Zayn Malik has been named a director of One Direction's company, PPM Music Limited, reuniting him with the group after more than 10 years.
The singer quit One Direction in March 2015 around five years after the band was formed on The X Factor. During that time, the group topped the UK singles charts with four songs and won four Brit awards, including British Single of the Year for What Makes You Beautiful in 2012.
He had his role as director of PPM Music Limited terminated in June 2016. However, new documents listed with Companies House reveal Malik is active once more as of 3 November, the Sun reports.
The musician, originally from Bradford, West Yorkshire, is listed as an Active Director alongside bandmates Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan. All have the same central London address listed. It is believed that address belongs to Lee and Thompson LLP, a law firm that specialises in music and media law.
The company reportedly previously looked after Liam Payne's solo career.
Malik is currently preparing to perform seven gigs in Las Vegas in January, which will mark his first time entertaining crowds there.
Meanwhile, he and Tomlinson have been filming a TV show about their travels together across the US.
