Mike Tindall has revealed that he and Zara Tindall have implemented a significant lifestyle adjustment in recent years as part of their efforts to stay healthy.

The former England rugby star disclosed that the couple has established strict guidelines around their alcohol consumption.

He shared that he and Zara, aged 47 and 44 respectively, now only drink alcohol when socialising or hosting guests. Mike made the revelation during an interview with The Times while discussing his podcast The Good, the Bad and the Rugby , which he co-hosts alongside fellow rugby player James Haskell and broadcaster Alex Payne.
