New Delhi: Just 10 days after a female on-duty doctor at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital was assaulted by a patient’s attendant, another shocking incident of violence took place at the same hospital on Tuesday. This time, doctors and security personnel were allegedly attacked by patients’ attendants.

Along with attacking the doctors, the attendants also damaged hospital property, reportedly leaving resident doctors traumatised.

Several short videos of the incident went viral on social media. In one clip, an attendant can be seen trying to attack a doctor while others attempt to stop him. Another clip shows a broken hospital door with shattered glass and damaged bed handles.
