MARSHALL, Wis. — Two people were arrested Wednesday after police suspected them of stabbing and beating a victim multiple times, the Marshall Police Department said Thursday.
Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Blue Spruce Lane for an active disturbance just before 5:30 p.m. They reportedly found the victim with stab wounds and other injuries, who was then transported to the emergency room by EMS. Police stated the victim is expected to survive.
Following further investigation, police arrested two individuals. One faces tentative charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide, while the other has been tentatively charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide as a party to a crime.
