Lewis, a transfer from Arizona, made 8 of 14 shots from the floor to help the Hoyas improve to 3-0 for the first time since the 2018-19 season. Iwuchukwu sank 5 of 9 shots from the field and 7 of 9 from the free-throw line.
Malik Mack followed up his 19-point, eight-rebound performance in Georgetown's 70-60 win over Maryland last Friday with 13 points against the Bearcats.
The Hoyas shot a robust 46.3% from the floor despite making just 4 of 19 shots from 3-point range.
Binghamton's Jeremiah Quigley, a Maryland native, scored 14 of his 17 points in the first half and finished with eight assists.
